People Places
Entry Place is the front door to the neighborhood, with a transit stop that connects to both Colma BART and Daly City BART, and a freeway connection to San Francisco and the southern Peninsula. The District’s existing entry drive along Serramonte Boulevard is re-imagined as a tree-lined gateway to urban living, creating a new entrance to the neighborhood and for the city.
Entry Drive & Café Plaza is a “pocket” Main Street with shops spilling outdoors. This tree-lined destination street leads you from Entry Place to Neighborhood Square. Conveniences imagined for daily life include: a café, deli/specialty foods, flowers, ATM, or exercise studio.
Family-friendly public parks and open space including Overlook Park & Community Garden, Central Green, Southpoint Park, and the Recreation Trail.
